Markus Rühl, born 22 February 1972 in Darmstadt, Germany, is an IFBB professional bodybuilder.
He started training at the age of 19, following his doctor's recommendation after beeing injured while playing football.
Like the hulk, he started rather small, weighing only 120 pounds. But he evolved to be become one of the biggest bodybuilders of his time, always competing with 8 times Mr Olympia Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler.
Weighing up to an amazing 340 pounds off season, Markus is just what the doctor ordered to revive the Hulk.
